Where creativity meets clarity, and vision meets action.
Storytelling as Strategy
I believe stories are one of the most powerful tools we have to create connection, shift culture, and inspire action. As an executive producer, media host, and coach, I use storytelling to uncover what matters most—whether I’m interviewing talent, facilitating a leadership session, coaching a client, or designing an experience for a brand or organization.
STORYTELLING AS STRATEGY
Storytelling is more than how we communicate. It’s how we make sense of change, build connection, shift perspective, and move people to action.
It’s the thread that connects my work as an executive producer, media host, strategist, coach, and facilitator.
Whether I’m helping a leader find the language for what comes next, guiding an organization through change, hosting a conversation, or developing content that connects a brand with its audience, I use storytelling to uncover what matters—and make it resonate.
Listen deeply. Ask better questions. Find the throughline. Move to action.
Every engagement starts with listening—not only to what is being said, but to what may be getting missed.
From there, I bring together purposeful questions, cultural insight, strategic thinking, and storytelling to uncover what matters, challenge assumptions, and create a clearer path forward.
The approach takes different forms depending on the work.
