I’m Lindiwe Davis—speaker, executive producer, media host, executive coach, and culture strategist.
I founded FutureState Collective Group to bring together the work I care about most: storytelling, leadership development, media production, and organizational transformation.
For nearly three decades, I’ve worked across marketing, finance, media, and technology, helping leaders and organizations navigate change, strengthen communication, and build cultures where people can thrive. Today, I work in sustainability and community engagement at Google, while also building a platform that helps individuals and organizations speak up with clarity and courage.
My work lives at the intersection of:
Storytelling and media
Executive coaching and leadership development
AI, Organizational effectiveness and culture transformation
Entertainment and brand activations
As the host of They Tried It and creator of Couch Coach Fridays, I create conversations that center on voice, courage, and the lived experiences of professionals navigating complex environments.
I’ve had the privilege of interviewing actors, authors, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders, including Billy Bob Thornton, Jay Pharoah, and Pinky Cole, and more. I’ve also spoken at organizations and institutions, including New York University, Columbia University, Bloomberg, and Google.
Whether I’m interviewing talent, coaching an executive through a pivotal decision, producing original content, or advising organizations on culture and communication, my goal is the same:
To help people feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with courage. I also carry some philosophies with me via my interest in interior design, styling outfits, Hot Pilates, and eating biscuits. Everything is done with care….
